Q.

Hi.. .vaccination done to my baby today should v keep hot compression or cold compression in the injection site.

A. Avoid hot fomentstion . apply ice pack wrapped in clean towel to your baby's Vaccinationat area to get relief from pain. for 2-3 days don't apply soap or Massage with oil at that shot site.

A. You should do Kolkata pression play some ice cubes in cotton hanky or handkerchief and put gently on the area of injection so that your baby may feel the relief you can also give smm is a painkiller if your child is very much irritated

A. Both is fine.. Cold compress. Can lead to cold at times.. If there is a pain and little swelling, give a hot compress to baby. Soak a cotton cloth in hot water squeeze it and gently press on injected area. Ensure wzye risnt too hot. Also cold compress czn help baby relax. If there is heavy swelling or puss or heavy redness then immediately you should see your doctor.
