Q.

Hi, today my son came back from school with a finger injury. His right index finger. When he showed me his finger I didn’t see any bruises or marks so I thought nothing serious since he still don’t talk in sentences… but by night I saw tiny bits of blood on his cloth so I checked and he is bleeding from his nail… what should I do..?

A. So you should get it checked with your doctor maybe the child got hurt in the nail under the skin which is why this is happening so check with your doctor one time and for the other thing that you are mentioning right now that your child is not facing sentence to teach your child to frame sentences by connecting towards the words regularly practice question answer round with your child which will help like what is your name my name is this instead of just saying the name slowly try practising by framing different questions and answers with your child
