hi this s javarnya my son hav 7years old he is milk teeth singa pallu not come yet ,,near by consult d one doc he told wait 7years of age it wil come like that

A. yes. you can wait till the age of 7 years for the first permanent tooth to erupt in the child's mouth. if still no teeth then visit a dentist again

A. Teething in babies happens between 4 and 15 months of age. Delayed or late teething is normal these days and not a cause for concern until your baby is 15 months old. If the delay is longer than 18 months, you should consult a pediatric dentist.
