Hi this is my baby's stool report. Can you please explain? is there any infection?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he is having loose motions and if he is having a fever and foul smelling poop then it’s mostly infective origin but consult with paediatrician
