AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 3 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi mom Yes, smiling with the tongue out is normal in babies. This is just a habit and the baby will outgrow this habit as they grow up. So no need to worry. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
