hi there my son is 20 months old . he is understanding every thing but not able to talk what all can I do

A. by 1 year baby will be saying monosyllables atleast. it will improve eventually, and by 2 years baby should be able to follow simple commands and should speak 2 word sentences. by 3 years it's 3 word sentences. may vary a little . .
