Hi there My girl is 2 n half year old and whenever she ate almonds in any form she get constipated. What kind of test should i have to follow to check weather she is allergic to almonds or not and is it possible that she is allergic to any other food items as well

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake along with the almonds. Check if it is the same. Then, it needs a medical evaluation and advice. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Let the child be physically active as much as possible.
