Q.
Hi, there is a tradition of feeding gold and silver as soon as the child is born. Is it considered safe?? I have also heard they mix it with honey?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. good to avoid till 1 year.This is because honey can, very occasionally, contain a spore of a bacterium called clostridium botulinum. This can cause a rare form of food poisoning (botulism) in babies.
