Hi there, could someone help me on below points. 1. I can see white spot on one nipple, its hurting me while feeding. 2. other breast hurting me a lot after feeding.

A. if you are concerned about this it is better it would be better if you you ask your doctor regarding this doctor will guide you properly and then accordingly you can decide for the management for this thanks
