Egg and Nonveg
especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables which are found to be lacking in infant diet.
about 400-500 mL of milk but instead of giving only as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
give top food 4 or more times a day and up to one katori every time. breastfeed baby till 2 years.
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to try to give your child propers meals which you prepare at home for everybody else breakfast lunch and dinner you should try lots of seasonal fruits and milk products also
