Q.

Hi tdy I felt my daughter body temp is little high then I checked it’s showing 99.4 is it normal or fever is there???? Please can u clear me

A. it would be advisable to give paracetamol for fever to the child. you can also give paracetamol maximum 4 times per day and you can also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and then meet your doctor to find the cause of fever
