ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist5 years agoA. dear mom watch what are you eating include good protiens, variety of vegetables, fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well with lukewarm water , sauf water, dal water, soups start with simple walks for 15 to 20 mins twice a day

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby rich fiber and proteins diet. also avoid oily, junk and packed food. also follow the regular excercise routine. and also do yoga planks as it is the best way to loose belly fat. take care
