hi, sister in law blood group o+ and his son is B+ his son get infection frequently is it due to ABO incompatibility. behalf of Diyansh mother

A. Hello there ABO incompatibility will not cause any repeated infections it can rather cause blood jaundice and other issues. If you still think that’s the issue kindly talk to your pediatrician
