hi sir we stay in bangalore the climate is very bad my son has cough, running nose and some times temperature gos to 103 and in 1hour back to normal

A. cough is common in this changing seasin. steam as a home remedy is a good that can be given to babies in a day at home only . For severe cough ascoril LS and montair like medication can be given .
