#hi sir umbilical cord problem related my 4 month old baby scan report suspicious small defect (measuring~4mm)at umbilical region with preperitoneal fat herniation, possibly umbilical hernia.no evident urachal sinus appreciated. iam attaching pictures of the umbilical plzz give me solution doctor

A. Little bit of discharge sometimes can be there due to an infection into that particular area so you can consult your paediatrician they will help you how to dry it out this is a very common problem with kids but it can be taken care of with medication
