hi sir this is bindu mother of 3yrs old baby boy , actually he was effected with typhoid in the month of August, after that in September he was hospitalized due to high fever, now he was fine we are using mometasone aqueous nasal spray bcz he is snoring while in sleep ,and doctor said he had some adinoids prblm..... before using this spray he was fine , now he was continuesly coughing , and was worried about that , will u plz help me out ?

A. For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block. Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing. paracetamol for fever and pain Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give water at frequent intervals For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to zthe child This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.
