hi sir , Sifat3 and half years old is having high fever from 18/12/23. Initially doctor suggested Amoxicillin 50mg and pcm (sos) for 4 days but after 4 days docter changed medicine after seeing her blood work(attached typhoid detected) to podocef 100 twice a day and meftal for fever. She is still having fever . please guide what to do ?
