Q.

Hi Sir, our guy is suffering from a fever of 103 degrees .we gave a 4 ml p250 syrup today at 6:30 pm.Now again fever came with the same temperature.please suggest whether we can use TAXIM-O Forte now.

A. no you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation. also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.d all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics. also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.

A. You can repeat the medicine after six hours again for fever and the antibiotics cannot be given to the child without doctors advice the fever is little high you continue with the medicine with a six hours gap and also do cold sponging that will help reducing the fever yet if the fever doesn’t break down please take an advice with your doctor about antibiotics you cannot
