Q.

hi sir, my son is 4 years and his body is so hot like fever but not showing temperature. and his urine is yellow in colour. is it ok sir.

A. Hello mom If your baby is temperature is less than 99° then we should definitely not worry about it at all. Yellow colour urine can be because of dehydration in such case you should start giving more water to your baby and if baby is not taking sufficient water than you should start giving coconut water. Coconut water is very healthy for babies and helps to keep baby hydrated
