hi sir my son is 3months old now and having liquid motion from first month to he goes 3to4times pet day .what was the reason for this liquid motion and what precaution should be taken to stop this.i am only feeding my baby.

A. it is advisable to continue only breastfeeding to the child but if you're giving outside milk and the child is having watery stool then stool examination has to be done to find whether it is due to digestion problem for some type of infection
