Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be due ti gas. Colic and gas is very common in babies till infancy moslty . Proper burping and positioning during feeding is important to reduce this . Gastica drop can be given up to 3 times for gas and meftal spas for pain .
