Hi sir, My son is 2 years old. He got some infection on his thumb finger.. Not sure how it's happened. Do we medicine for this. Here I have attached the finger pics. please suggest some medicine for this.

A. your 2 years baby is having a serous discharge it may be an injury it may be infection baby needs the pus to be drained please consult the doctor for proper treatment
