hi sir my son is 2 years 3months completed he is still not speaking he used to shout but when we speak he is not listening

A. I parent your kids 2 years 3 months old and is not speaking, proper history and examination along with detail assessment of developmental milestones required, like social communication, eye contact, hearing ability etc....so kindly consult a pediatrician
