hi sir my son is 13 years old and now he is getting white hair pls give me some suggestions how to control them

please don't wash her hair too frequently
use ayurvedic shampoo to. wash her hair
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 for drinking
give h r supplements as suggested by your doctor
