Hi sir, My son does not make full sentences. He only used 3-4 words like " Mamma khana do "& " Papa office gye" . His speech is not clear. He does nt pronounced " l, w, z, " what should I do got him?

A. Hello mom would be good enough if you could consult a speech therapist as that would be better to get a idea as to and early intervention works as well
