Hi sir my son 9yr old he got small rashes on nose since 1 month..at present no itching, pain , and all. rashes is incresing day by day pls give me a suggestion.

Ma’am It could be pimples as well along with Rosy so it would be better for you to consult your paediatrician or a skin specialist ones regarding the same because without proper check up it would be very difficult for me to tell you as to what kind of rashes they are a doctor would advise you better on this
