Hi sir, my son 16months old last 2days suffering fever we are giving every 5hours Maftal syrup.today 3rd day.fever also slowing down and coming every few hours.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. suffering from fever it may be some infection for now give paracetamol and cold sponging further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required .
Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...

Since It’s already three days like 72 hours in the fever is still there not subsiding then you should get a check for viral fever there could be a possibility that your baby may be suffering with viral infection which is why the fever is not subsiding get a check with your doctor
