Q.

Hi Sir, my kids age is 4 years 7 month's. Her wait is 15.7 kg. She is not showing interest in eating food. everyday she cries and eats food. Could you please let me know how to handle her and also how to increase her weight. Thanks in advance !

A. Hello mom first of all her weight is quite fine for her age a little variation is acceptable is the child is active for her age . While feeding make sure that you avoid force feeding her , it will do more harm than good for them . Next make the meal time fun and interesting get some age appropriate books and read or sing for them .. have family meals together as well
