Q.

hi sir my girl baby was fell down from swing before 20 days,in head area mild inflammation happened,i saw the doctor he says its normal but that area mild inflammation present still now, this inflammation affected future of my baby ,i went ct scan my baby not cooperate ,pls suggest can i go ct scan?????

A. usually do not cause any problem. after head injury keep the child under observation for 48 hours. if they show signs like severe headache, excessive crying, vomiting, abnormal movements, lethargy, or seizures, consult a doctor immediately. if these signs are absent, you can wait and watch. for pain and swelling, give paracetamol and apply ice locally.
