hi sir! my daughter is one month old. she is not latching properly so not gaining weight due to that now I am giving her formula milk and breastfeeding alternatively, is she will gain weight while drinking formula milk?

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, firstly hold the baby in 30° angle and make sure the Aerola is completely inside the mouth which will help baby to latch easily. Always breastfeed and then give the top feed accordingly. Burp your baby well after every feed and feed once in every two hours without fail. You need to continue this Until the completion of six months. If baby gets enough feed baby will definitely Gain the weight.
