hi sir, my daughter is 7y 7month old she has small black dots from last few months ,she is very fair ie why I am so worried about her

It Could be due to some changes in the body or some issues associated with the blood you get a check with a dermatologist because a lot of times due to blood infection also we can see this kind of things happening with anybody so that’s normal but a proper consultation is required with a doctor
