Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi dear You should also call if your older baby or toddler hasn't had a bowel movement for four or five days. Constipation is rarely an issue for exclusively breastfed babies, but if your little one seems to be going longer than normal without a poop and you're concerned, there's no harm in checking in with the doc.
