Hi...sir my baby Jabez is 1&7months ..whenever he sleep , sameslike he scare something n use to awake seldom

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of shdcreen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
