hi sir, my baby is prematured born on 30 weeks now she has 5 months completed , when should I start solids? and what are i should give?

When your child completes the time of six months in general course of time that’s the right time for you to start start giving food to the child prior to that it is not advisable that you give anything else to the child other than the feed that you are giving to the child
