Hi Sir my baby is having 102 fever and at night from last two days he is vomiting and not allow to touch his mouth upper lips. Don't want to have any type of food please suggest

A. hi. try to look for any mouth ulcer or crack lips.. offer lots of fluids to him n give paracetomol syrup to reduce fever. further consukt ur doctor in person.
