hi sir my baby is four month old and on formula feed but he is urinating more frequently approximately after evary 5 to 10 min and not gaining weight what to do

It’s all normal and common
Give adequate feeding you can use Natural bottle you can see how much milk your baby is drinking It contains ultrasoft breast shaped nipples which support a natural latch and match the feel of a breast making changes from breast to bottle as easy as possible for you and your baby
