Q.

hi sir.. my baby is 6months old now.. she was premature baby.. at a time of birth she had a 2mm PDA in heart.. it is still now closed..!but my baby is normal..perfect weight gaining and active and healthy now!doc said 2mm is very small so no need to worry like that!pls explain sir..is it normal or any surgery is need?

A. As doctor said I think it is very small and with the growth of baby it will be fine and as you said your daughter is eating properly and active and there is no symptoms of uneasiness so don't worry everything will be fine but if you have any doubt you can take second opinion
