Hi sir, My baby is 5.5 yrs old and she looks very thin. pls suggest healthy and weight gain food for her

A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your 5.5 years old child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
