ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. no gripe water. nothing before 6month If your breast feeding your baby then continue to breastfeed at regular intervals and there is no need to give anything else apart from mother milk or formula milk to baby till he complete 6months of age as it is complete food that takes care of hydration as well as nutrition. After 6 month you can gradually start weaning with homemade easy to digest food items like rice porridge ragi porridge mashed fruits apple Puree, mashed banana chiku etc. But whatever you are introducing should be introduced gradually with a small amount

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Gripe water is not considered very healthy for baby so if your baby is having extreme colic issues then only you have to give it otherwise avoid giving it to your baby. And baby should be totally on mother’s milk in formula milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby tell your baby turned six months old
