hi sir my baby is 18 and half month old he is having disturb sleeping from last 2 -3 days I can see some little portion of molar tooth coming is it bcs of teething and how much time it takes to appear full molar inmouth

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
In children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and tempexrature favocurable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products
Take a good care of your baby
