Hi Sir, My baby is 10 months old and since last 3 days he has having loose motion. Initially it was watery type and now little better. Earlier looks like he recovered but now again his motion is little frequent ( 3 times in last 4 hrs). Can you please suggest some medicine. Thanks, Alka

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. kindly give ORS for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor.
also you cannot give outside milk to the child and you cannot give cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few daysf
