Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. this is seen in phimosis in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

Yes it is normal anyways erection for a four month old child is not seen in general cases but if you are seeing it and you seeing a bubble and all I don’t think so it is a matter of concern as your child is too small rest whenever you visit your doctor you can definitely discuss the issue with your doctor one time
