Hi Sir mere babu ko 2days fever aa rha h last night 4Am ko 105.7F tak gya h kya kare 4AM se abhi tak 3Time Syp Calpal 250mg de chike h last 3PM ko diya h kya usko Syp MEFTAL-P DE sakte h abhi kitna de sakte h dose

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamogtl in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
