Hi sir/madam, Today my baby stool is seen as shown in image. I am worried. is that normal or not ? he is on breastfeeding and once formula in a day. please help me.

A. loose motion may be because of either some infection there could be loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydrayrtion is required give ORS and also give probiotic like enterogermina two times 3 day
