hi sir/madam...my baby waa 12 months old. whenever he eat something after that he was pooping.. I giving all nutrition foods. but my baby was so lean. but very active. y his pooping whenever..? pls give the solution...

That’s Because your child is pooping immediately after eating that means the child is not able to digest any food that you are giving which is why your child is also not gaining weight even after eating well enough please consult your doctor for correct medication for
