Hi sir/madam, My baby Neehan Bharadwaj is 6 months old and we recently started feeding cerelac food to him. As of now, I am feeding 2 spoons of cereal food per time, and 2 times a day. How many spoons of the mixture I can give him per day and per time. please clarify.

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and after that start with liquid only like dal ka pani or Rice water or fruit purees. if baby is digesting cerelac.. give only one scoop thrice a day

If You already have started giving food to the child and given a proper quantity that your child would like to have social going for a ready-made cereal can you go ahead with giving at least one scoop at a point of time when is the child desires more you can give more Then go ahead with more of home-cooked food like pure or a boy
