Hi Sir/Madam, My baby is 6 weeks old, she is wet farting with waterly stool and cries while passing gas.This happens 10 - 15 times a day and she is on breastfeeding completely. Please suggest

My 2 mnths old baby had vaccination at 6 weeks. The thigh area of vaccination swollen and became hard. The pain has been reduced after applying ice but swollen hard skin is still there. Please suggest on this..
