With milk intake limited up to 480 ml per day only,
Keep atleast 3 hour gap between two solid feed.
Give all family food in soft n roughly mashed form.
No food restrictions, can give everything.
Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat .

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
