Hi sir is it ok to give omu water (ajwain water) directly without mixing in water for my 2 year 2 month old baby is there any side effects with it if you give daily and directly without water kindly reply thank you

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi , it can be given direct or after giving or adding in water.. no worries. For babies above one year, you can give 1/4 cup per day. Also, it's recommended giving ajwain water only 3-4 times a week.
