Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. first three months baby will be gaining around 750 grams for month next 3 months it is 500 grams one month afterwards it will be very less weight gain .

Baby weight gain every month
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
